Lounged around
Didn't do much in the late afternoon and early evening. Laura had church at 7pm and the kids wrapped her presents while she was gone. Sat around and watched a movie after that. We started getting ready around 9pm for non-midnight, midnight mass at 11pm - St. Rose. Laura played and Kori sang a solo.
It's cookie time now
Kori & Dad ran to the mall and the grocery store real quick for a few last items. Laura & Anna had some cut out cookie dough ready to cool by the time we got back. We should have some cut outs ready for Santa by tonight.
Laura & Chris slipped out
We had to run to K-Mart and then the dollar store for some snacky stuff that Kori can take on her trip.
Kori getting ready for trip
We have been taking turns helping Kori prepare for her Disney trip with the QHS Band. She leaves the day after Christmas. She is up and down about the trip, but knows she will have a great time. The agenda is full of work and play.
Anna full of song this AM
Anna is playing the piano and practicing her Christmas songs this morning. Kind of funny to hear the renditions
Poker night for Adam
Adam took off to play poker at Zach's house. There will be about seven or so boys and he will probably stay the night.
It is the eve of the eve...
Keaton had a soccer game tonight and then we are planning to stay in for the night. The boys may have a little more shopping to do tomorrow. Dad is trying to pass on the last minute shopping gene :)
Caleb looking for money
Caleb lost two teeth this week. I believe he is trying to get some more Christmas money. I'm sure he is wanting to get Mom & Dad a bigger present.
At the Ball
Kori participated in the 74th anual Beaux Arts Ball. It was a fun Formal time for us who went. Kori had a new white dress and looked beautiful, smiling the whole time.
The band Fielder
Logan and company entered a local open mic night and were beat out by a girl. She must have been better looking. The band played for a private party later that night at Cedar Crest Golf Club. Logan said there were lots of people and they even danced to their music.
